Terms & Conditions — Chef4Today Marbella
1. About Us Chef4Today Marbella is a private chef service operated by Michal Safrata, based in Marbella, Málaga. We provide personal chef services across the Costa del Sol, from Nerja to Sotogrande and surrounding inland areas.
2. Bookings All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
3. Deposit A deposit of 25% of the total agreed price is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined in Section 5.
4. Balance Payment The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to or upon completion of the service.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: full deposit refunded
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: no refund of deposit
- In the unlikely event that Chef4Today Marbella needs to cancel, a full refund of any deposit paid will be given.
6. Changes to Bookings Any changes to guest numbers, menus or event details must be requested at least 7 days before the event and are subject to availability and possible price adjustment.
7. Dietary Requirements It is the client’s responsibility to inform Chef4Today Marbella of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. Whilst every care is taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing a suitable kitchen and cooking facilities. Any additional equipment required will be agreed in advance.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
